The new Xbox One system update just dropped on me. Console restarted and now seems like the entire UI is smoother, instead of the occasional stuttering previously. Was yelling "Xbox On" to no response, turned it on via the controller and got a green progress bar instead. My pins are appearing correctly now too.

"Xbox On. Go To Killer Instinct".

I had mine on "Instant On". The moment I do a manual turn on, the green progress bar already there. I guess it pre-downloaded it, and installs as it boots. Around 2 minutes to finish installing, and then the console cold-boots.

ROFLMAO who is this "MalaysianMafia" guy? He got burned and schooled thoroughly by the unforgiving folks at NeoGAF for his "spin for a spin" on the XBONE supposed "fastest selling console in November" spin made by Larry "Master Spinner Nelson" Hyrb of MS. Post #1186 onwards.

C'mon man, as much as I love my own XBONE (Killer Instinct alone is worth the USD599 price of admission!), we all know Major Nelson fudged up the numbers to prop up XBONE's sales number advantage over the PS4. I mean seriously, 1 million PS4s in 24hrs versus 900k consoles in 9 days, and XBONE is "fastest sellling console"? No contest! What he should've done, without lying/spinning the numbers nor exposing XBONE's defeat against the PS4 is wording it better than "fastest selling console". That metric belongs to the PS4 launch.

I'm in no way invested emotionally nor am I cheerleading any consoles to win or lose. I just find it funny that people need to have their console purchases endorsed with affirmation from the "best or top selling/ largest launch in history/ fastest selling" announcements. Own them both, as well as the WiiU for the exclusives. For multiplatform titles, there's always the best platform: PC.

If there is a thing that captures the feeling of those phrases "heavy like f***" and "built like a tank", this personifies it.

Guys, anybody know where in KL I can get R1 US version of Titanfall? I don't like PAL version, the seller I went with mailed me that version instead. I'm planning to get the DLCs for this game and I'm not wanna fumble around on how to get those DLCs purchased on a PAL version.

EDIT: Cancel that. I bought the R1 digital version, along with season pass. I dont like the PEGI logo on the front. And all my games are R1, even though the machine is PAL to avoid the need for transformer. Getting back refund from the seller. I specifically asked for R1. PEGI logos are ugly.

At least it's not as bad as the PC size, which is 49.99GB!

Drop it ON them. Instant kill. I have found my calling, my favorite kill is Rodeo kill. Too many smart pistols and snipers around to log pilot kills, Titan kills are much more satisfying, provided you have team assist. There are "ways" they can kill you off when rodeo-ing, but until I can get sniper loadouts, I'm sticking with rodeos.

Level up! 8 levels upped in a single sitting! Titanfall is awesome! It switches up and encourages you to try lots of new things once they're unlocked. Still love my Rodeos and my Longbow DMR.

Christmas came early. Chatpads coming next week.

Zero customs tax. Items were shipped to a US address and then forwarded to Malaysia.

The Elite controller has a nice heft and weight to it, and that weird looking directional pad? It's a godsend for fighting game nut like me, I can ditch using the KI fight stick for this. Precise and really sensitive. The joystick head that you can switch out to longer lengths results in a much more accurate movements especially in racing games, you tend to move less with little force now. Still trying to figure out how to do custom button maps to the back pedal-like buttons, they're mapped automatically to the same functions as the front buttons. Xbox Accessories app isn't much help though on this.
