Hi guys,
I am new in Xbox one S gaming. I am having problem with xbox backward compatibility. All my xbox 360 games (e.g gow1,2,3,judgement, ikaruga etc) cannot make use my gamer profile. Everytime I started my BC games, I am asked to download my gamer profile which I have to key in my email & password which I feel strange because my xbone is logged in all the time. After I key-in everything and waited for some time, the download failed with some error code. I tried many times but failed. Please help to solve this problem. I have my gamer profile since my xbox 360.

change dns to google dns.
