1) the acc, does it need to use US acc? It mean like USA address?
2) who about the first day patch? Does it downloadable in Malaysia.?
3) since i thought i want to buy the Xbox One from Amazon USA, does it need a step down power cord?
4) if i want to play a multiplayer games, does it need a USA ip add?

I hope somebody could respond on my question so we can play together in MY

1) Nope. You can have SG account, but US/UK account have more contents (demo, sales etc). Not sure if MY account is usable or not on Xbox One.
2) Yes you can download them in Malaysia. There's lot of us in this thread and I'm pretty sure most of us lives in Malaysia.
3) Yes you will need that. Unless someone give you a UK power brick for free.
4) No. We all play using local MY IP address.

1) Is it for Xbox One? If yes, then YES. Xbox One is region free now, so does the games. I just sold my FIFA14 code (UK) to a friend with an US Xbox One on a SG account. Works fine.
2) That's weird. You're buying from site or console?
3) Yes, you can have multiple accounts on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. On Xbox One, only the main account need to subscribe to Gold, others will get the benefit without subscribing to one.
4) Yes, you can even turn it off after the initial setup, but it won't auto sign you in, and some app like Upload Studio (so far) requires Kinect to be turned on.

Amazon ships to Malaysia. It's roughly RM1.8K as wunan mentioned. That's including shipping and tax (if any).

Price is not that bad lah. 1.8K incl. shipping.
