Guys, my xboxone keep on turning off when i played bluray for every 2 to 3 hours. It spontaneously shut down itself.

Any ideas ? Mine is the us version, could it be the transformer ?

What do you mean you play bluray for every 2-3 hours? were you watching bluray movie, it turns off after?

few things you can check, make sure your XboxOne & Stepdown transformer is not over heating, you can try putting a stand fan there.

try unplugging all the power cables on your XboxOne then re attach them.

Just now i try playing games then it shut down spontaneously again,

then try to watch bluray then again it turns off this one only for 15mins

dont think the transformer is overheating because all this while b4 this was ok,

but there's a significant amount of dust, i wipe down the dust clean it up a bit

then turned it on again everything was going perfectly for the first 5 mins then it turns off again lol

could it be the transformer problem ? where can i get a new transformer, btw is there anyway to skip using transformer because its kinda noisy. or maybe the dust get into the transformer or console itself, is there possible way to clean it up. my bad, i only use xbox when weekend and my parents use it only to watch netflix so theres less attention to this buddy

You can buy SG power brick from some of the sellers here, Playzone/Gamers Hideout/Impulse/Heavy Arms, just switch that power brick then you are good to go. If you want to buy stepdown transformer you can find them at any DIY shop, you will need at least 300w. Xbox One on full load can use up to 320w last read it some where. Im using a 500w stepdown transformer bought from some Chinese electronic shop RM150+-

If bought a RM700 item, you can say goodbye to your rm700 if you claim for warranty. Because they are not going to return your warranty claimed item. They lie and cheat. Say the warranty claim would take 2weeks-2months, its passed 2 months now and I have been waiting for very LONG LONG time now, still no news about my phone. Its the same reply every time I ask them: you product is still in warranty claim process blah....

Whichever item you buy it will never forever be in good shape, so when the time comes for servicing, you will face a LOT of problems with ipmart!!
