Sole Proprietor, How to start?

Hi all,
1) may i know how to start my own Sole Proprietor type Business? 2) beside the registration, do i have to pay other fees? 3) how's the license like? 4) how's the tax like? (governement tax, income tax, bla bla bla), how often should i pay this? 5) any suggestions or tips regarding to this type of business? Thanks !!!
