Hi all,

1) may i know how to start my own Sole Proprietor type Business?
2) beside the registration, do i have to pay other fees?
3) how's the license like?
4) how's the tax like? (governement tax, income tax, bla bla bla), how often should i pay this?
5) any suggestions or tips regarding to this type of business?

you need to register at the mall. registration only 75 (if not mistaken) don let those ppl help you.

tax is every year of course.

4) u pay tax as an individual (ie: your personal tax)..your sole proprietor business income will be taxed under biz income. u pay tax once every year...on a scaled rate up to 28% of your chargeable income (depending on how much income u earn)

1,2,3,5 not sure..haha

Make sure you dont get sued. Else all you own will be taken away! (your wife, kids, car, house, underwear, mom, dad, dog, ..etc )
Sdn Bhd on the other hand, limits your liabilities.
