I have the same issue too....

It drains about 20% more than normal time.

After updating 4.3, its looking very neat and good. Photos are clearer too. However i find it to lag more.

Your battery usage ok?

Today is my first day on 4.3, it's kinda bad on battery and it's obviously bad.

You should do a factory reset after update to 4.3

Ok, factory reset then restore back all the data after that, this will improve the battery?

My friend just update to 4.3, ya she also said battery drain more, give sometimes should return back.

factory reset did help mine.

You can backup to Samsung Kies, then factory reset and restore back.

I lost some of the settings like the arrangement of icons. The rest of data are back.

Normal battery level at 3pm: 50-60%

After upgrade to 4.3 & Before I factory reset, at this time: 35%

After factory reset now: 66%.
