If you have no critical app data, then use Google to backup your contacts, Super Backup for your SMS, or SMS Backup+ for SMS and Whatsapp.

Otherwise use Helium Backup.

Kies is not a good program.
So does that mean the ipod doesn't give you the same convenient functions? And I'm sure you can't share anything from your ipod directly.

For those having issues after upgrading to Stock 4.3, can I check with you guys if your N2

1. Running Stock ROM or Custom ROM ?
2. If Stock ROM, did you root ?
3. Did you do factory reset/clear cache BEFORE upgrading ?
4. For those who answer NO for no 3, did you do factory reset/clear cache AFTER upgrading ?

ouch, did a bit of search. it seems like if you have 4.3 from OTA/ Kies, chances are, you can't downgrade to earlier version... this is due to KNOX.

i was planning to keep a copy of the earlier stock ROM for later use... coz really dun like 4.3. I still like the pop up browser on 4.1.2...

now have top go read up if i can actually flash DN3 on my note since KNOX seems to be a pain.

To determine is OS problem or user problem, please do a factory reset... i believe you have installed apps that is running on background... or schedule to run on background... may try install greenify...for my wife note 2, if off data off wifi during sleep from 12 am to 10 am running stock 4.3, only drop 2%..but recently she installed groupon & living social apps, battery drained... it is normal because you are the user to decide what to install and what notification to receive..
