My girlfriend's Galaxy Note II which is on 4.1.1 experienced Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS) on 9/12.
Sent it to Pandan Indah SC on 10/12 evening for checking. They called me on 11/12 afternoon saying that it was faulty motherboard & quoted RM550 for motherboard replacement. The new motherboard is entitled for 1 month warranty. Collected back the unit on 11/12 evening. Pretty fast and efficient service I would say.  |
