Dear fellow seniors, may I know what can we deduce if the phone battery is charging very slow with direct charge from 3-pin socket, approximately 800, monitoring from Galaxy Charging Current whereas my family members charged their phone with the same charger, is faster than mine. Kindly advise. Thanks in advance.

QUOTE(Noobi3 @ Mar 19 2014, 09:36 AM) Try out with difference charger and cable . Maybe of it its faulty . And as for your family members , same phone as well ? yeah, I've tried with different cables, most of the original cables have very slow charging speeds. There's 3 Samsung phones that uses the same charger, Note2, and 2 Galaxy S3s.QUOTE(lamjunrong @ Mar 19 2014, 09:36 AM) same happen to me here days ago, i charge a roughly drained (3%) GN2 and charge it overnight and when i woke up it still at 85% Thanks for the insights. I felt the same too.then i read up some notes, and they say the original white usb cable from GN2 is the fraud. The micro-usb head on the cable has 4-pins, then i changed to normal usb cable with 5pins, as below ![]() count the pins in the micro-usb head, original white GN2 cable has 4. I use the cable with 5 pins from zapalang shop, then i charge, the Charging Current showing 1400, and complete charging in 2.5 hrs ![]() hope this helps. |

I was wondering is there anyone manage to use Cover (lockscreen app) without any glitches? I didn't manage to use it, & I'm currently on DN3 v4.1 ROM, not sure it's custom ROM problem or the app problem.

Hi fellow seniors, I'm asking on behalf of my colleague, she just got her phone updated to 4.4.2, and she dislikes the transparent status bar, and she intended to downgrade to 4.1.2. Correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think its possible, as far I can recall due to the bootloader issue. Is it any other workaround to make the status bar non-transparent? If everything else fails, I was wondering whether can we downgrade 4.1.2? Appreciate lots.

QUOTE(((Xa))0102 @ May 27 2014, 10:56 AM) is it possible for stock rom?QUOTE(sanderz @ May 27 2014, 10:59 AM) Can use Wanam Xposed and paint over the status bar then. But needs root. root.. i don't think she's rooted. thanks anyway. but paint over status bar.. hmmSo you discover any bug or not? As I know, DN3 V5 if switch to Ultra PSM will get launcher force close, need to reboot once then only working. |
