is there any app that allow remote file access between 2 android devices via wifi? like one phone can view another phone file/folder connected using wifi. preferably with open source.

my wifi keeps on dropping the connection after updated to 4.3
this happened only after i restarted my handphone earlier today updated to 4.3 on thursday |
