Screenshot your current ROM's about phone section. And what ODIN did you use? 3.09?

Did you extract the zip and choose PDA to browse the md5 file?

If you want stock 4.4.2 but with better performance
Android Revolution 30.0

If you want Samsung 4.3 Knox Free
DOKTOR KETAN 4.3 STOCK ROM(KNOX STRIPPED)

These two should be stable.

yes Lite means Light, less bloat stuffs.

In my personal opinion;

Pheonix v18.8 is better than DN3  v5+ (IncallUI FC during video call)

I think DN3 v5+ Lite is better than both above  less problem

If you really want Light N3 and a little bit of S5 try Mr.Luong rom v3.8.
I didn't use this because it don't have Quick Glance.

hmmm... i think i'll try DN3 v5+ lite then.

but i can't seem to find any site that shows what the difference between FULL and LITE. anyone can share? i still want some Note 3 features, especially s-pen related.

dunno why din see this earlier:

SHOULD I USE THE FULL ROM OR LITE ROM?:
- File size: Full rom is 1.9GB zip vs Lite rom is 1.6GB zip
- With both roms you will have at least 300MB of free space in system partition.
- Both roms have the same number of Note 3 and S5 features, but the Lite rom might have few less S5 apps.
- Lite rom doesn't include apps like Gmail, Maps, Youtube, Evernote and most Samsung apps because you can download them from Google Play

actually, 2nd last point... a bit confusing. starts off saying same n3 and s5 features, yet later say less s5 apps? biggrin.gif

hmmm... no gmail? no maps? i guess i can live with that and install them from Google Play. but i wonder what they mean by most Samsung Apps??? i wish they were more specific... hahaha... but i dun need any heart rate monitor apps, etc... biggrin.gif

I saw someone in GSM forum said, before we update to 4.4, we must backup all phone settings/ app/ wifi, and update, then factory reset the updated phone and load the back up file.

THis will prevent glitches that some of us face after updating to kikat

Ok, just make sure whether you have the same error as mine. Go to Facebook app, simply pick a photo and save the photo. Did you get message like "Error saving photo"?

Hmm that's weird. Because on my stock ROM build: 4.4.2 XXUFDN4 has no problems with it. Only custom ROM's and kernel's giving me trouble saving files no matter to SD card or phone memory. Tried factory reset before?
