1. You can try to reduce your food intake, especially oily and fried foods.
- consume less salt, less nasi lemak, rendang, etc.
- eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
2. Wash your face, twice a day.
- choose a gentle soap and make sure it doesn't dry out your skin too much
- use warm water to clean your face.
- don't use harsh soap or soap that is designed to dry out the skin.
3. Choose only water-based products and non-comedogenic cosmetics.
- don't use oil based cosmetics / products.
4. Exercise at least 3 times a week and get well rested
- Physical stress may trigger the development of excess oil on your skin.
5. Use a deep cleaning facial mask.
- I've tried shea butter and honey coz it doesn't dry the skin.

Make sure clean your face probably, cleanse with cleansing milk and facial cleanser.
Remove makeup with oil removal first if you apply make-up.
Do hydration mask frequently. My problem is inside dry and cause the outer layer keep produce oil.
So, do more hydration mask really helps.
