Location: University Tower Condominium, Jalan University, Petaling Jaya (opposite University Malaya Medical Centre)
Room: Master bedroom (the whole house including the rooms are fully furnished)
Facilities inside the building: Cafeteria, laundry shop, 2 grocery shops, gym, swimming pool, squash court & multipurpose hall
Public transport: Bus stops in front and opposite the building. Nearest LRT station is Universiti station (Putra)
5-10 minutes walk to University Malaya.
Rental: RM374 per month per person
Deposit: 2 1/2 months
Availability: Dec 2013 onwards
