Hair loss is often genetic. Not that much you can do about it. Sometimes it could be due to the chemicals in shampoo, though if it hasn't affected you earlier it's unlikely to be the cause. Look out for things such as parabens or phthalates on the label which may cause cancer.

I'm open for suggestions.

Well, i'm not an expert on shampoo, but my family is uber health conscious. My mom is sure to make a huge fuss if she finds anything "chemical" around. Even junk food, which i LOVE. Anyway, my family uses this herbal shampoo from Sunrider. Works for us fine.

started using himalayan shampoo a month back and so far i'm pleased with it. there is no fake perfume additives like the norm shampoo.

actually when washing hair it's best not to apply shampoo direct to scalp. you should pour on to hand and slowly massage into your hair. do not use finger nails to scratch as it will injure scalp, massage with tips of finger for a couple of minutes and make sure you wash off the shampoo completely smile.gif
