Is it recommended to have a cpl attached full time in front of your lens?
Planning to get a filter for my lens, uv filter seems pretty worthless, thinking of just getting a cpl and attach it 24/7 |

Hmm, quite true, if I'm getting 1 most probably I'll be getting the BW MRC ones, so not really worry bout image quality. Depending on the quality of your CPL, your image may be slightly softer and more prone to colour fringing too. Bout loss of light, maybe attach it while using it outdoors and indoor i'll remove it then. Never used a cpl, will it still lose those light when its turned to its weakest effect? |

QUOTE(ChaosSixth @ Mar 19 2014, 05:33 PM) I think what he meant was, the body itself is actually the least important part of this hobby, as they get updated pretty frequently. The lenses, flashes, third party support etc are better considerations in choosing a system. |

QUOTE(Max_07s @ Mar 20 2014, 11:52 AM) u mean the VR cannot always be ON? in which situation is good to on VR? Not sure if you should switch it off in normal conditions or not, but you should definitely switch it off when ur camera's mounted on a tripod I tot its better VR always ON PS: just noticed something interesting, silly to have never bother using it before, af-on back button is really useful for focus recompose, rather than half press the shutter button then focus recompose, if half press my camera always adjust focus 1 |
