if you attend an accredited institution with a recognised LLM in the states, you are opening your options to be eligible for the State Bar Exam (subject to restrictions in certain states as they would want to look at your LLB as well).

Education is a right and a privilege for all. A past criminal conduct should not be a bar for higher education though it might affect the impression given during admissions.

IN addition smuggler / dealer , addict / user = same difference , she is still respobsible for killing kids with that crap .
I guess this is where I should highlight something.

a smuggler might not be a dealer. There are smugglers who smuggle drugs for their own consumption and they are smugglers who smuggle drugs with the intention to supply to another. A dealer would more accurately fall under the latter category and not the former. Would you consider a drug user someone with the intention to supply to another in order to call that person a drug dealer?

addict and user are not necessarily the same as well. In order for one to be an addict, we could easily imply that the addict is a drug user. However, a drug user may not necessarily be an addict. They might be occasional drug users with no craving for it.

Do note the distinction between a smuggler of drugs, a person in possession of drugs, and a person in possession of drugs with intent to supply to another.

I attended the pre-departure briefing by British Council and they informed us that we need to declare bank drafts, traveller's cheques, etc if they all come up to >10,000 euros or equivalent

Cheap international call: http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/commerce/...OBILEWORLD.HOME

Is it good? Calls to Malaysia 5.9p per minute (landline) and 8.1p (mobile). I prefer not to use calling cards, and deal w/ contracts.
*
If you are interested in making calls to Malaysia from the UK, then you might want to consider http://www.talk4longer.net/cheap_free_call...&Submit2=Search
for calls as low as 1.5p to Malaysian landline or 2.5p to Malaysian mobile from your uk mobile.

Compliments to youngkies for sharing this link.

how bout british council??confuse...

btw is northumbria uni reputable??
*
the education fair is meant to promote UK education. The agents/representatives are there to promote their respective Unis.

For undergrad, you will have to apply via UCAS and the agent can assist you with this. They will claim some form of remuneration for services rendered by the University upon your enrolment.

Northumbria is an average uni among the Unis in uk but I believe that it is at least in the higher average if you are considering former polytechs

but one thing you dont get if you study in malaysia college, compare to some uni oversea even it is a so-so university only, are the attributes some company looking for, survival skills, the openness to different culture and lifestyle and skills learnt from other education system.

well of course, if you are coming UK anyway, opt for a good school, one stones two birds.
*
yea like what others had said above, if you can go to a better Uni and if you can afford it then why not?
smile.gif

I am going to NU because there are only 6 providers outside London offering the course that I want and NU is the best that I can afford.
