Few questions needs to be answered, hoping someone can help.

International students pay a higher fee compared to Euro Union students, International students fee is about 11,000 pounds compared to Euro Union students at about 3,000 pounds

I wonder does the system have a flaw?

Assume that a malaysian student who completes his first yr here and wishes to further his/her studies in UK, if he/she applies for a university in UK as a Euro Union student.

Does that mean he/she will be able to enjoy the priviledge of paying 3,000 pounds annually?

There's a misunderstanding, when i mentioned if a person applies for a UK university as a Euro Union student, i meant a person who has a European passport, for example an Austrian passport or German passport.

Meaning, a malaysian student who has did his/her first yr in m'sia wishing to further studies in UK, applying as a Euro Union student with a European passport.

I have a friend who has two passports, and he told me about Euro Union student paying a cheaper fee, so i just wanted to confirm this. And also the possibility of him getting into a UK university from Malaysia as a Euro Union student with a Malaysian education background.
