QUOTE(bonedragon @ Aug 14 2008, 11:16 AM) Man, i got a B in my maths, so I don't know can go imperial or not. I got scholarship from JPA but don' t know whether I can get into the college itself. How ironic. Anyway, wondering whether there are free GPS maps available for the UK especially London area, for use in PDA phones? Or are they all usually only available for purchase? I am also planning to go to Imperial (based on my lecturer's suggestion actually ) which will be funded by my university. I am going to pursue my Master's Degree under the Signal Processing area, but seeing that many people here stated that living in London will be expensive, I wonder if there's any other institute that you guys can recommend under that field. I did some research on several institute in UK, just wanted to hear opinions/suggestions from more experienced person. Thank You.

Since most of the newer posts are from IC's student, there's something I want to ask, is the Bachelor's intake date same as the Master's intake date?
I mean the dateline for the application, I'm going to apply for the next year's intake, it's on September if I'm not mistaken.
Thank You.

QUOTE(Arturia @ Sep 8 2008, 03:35 PM) do u mean master intake date as in u take the MEng course from 1st year (undergrad) or ur going for postgraduate? I'm going for postgraduate QUOTE(cissal @ Sep 8 2008, 04:19 PM) Yeah, MEng and BEng intakes are the same. For this year, it's 4th of October. Next year it will be around the same date. For application, you gotta apply latest by Jan15 the year you wanna enter uni. They only have one intake, i.e. October every year. Cheers Thanks for the info, which means I have to prepare my application before January then, 3 months to go, hope I can make it in time, huhuhu.......
