Try google for a random US address, preferably with those exempted from tax. After that, put it in the billing address.

just got off live chat with SE support, they confirm games and account is region locked, so only EU version will work with EU accounts.

Sigh, too bad then. Oh well, amazon europe sell the thing for 8.35 pound. Comparable to US PSplus.
