Heard the working environment is quite good

do you mean AMD? or Spansion + AMD?

I think there no longer exist RnD for pure AMD in PG right?

AMD? lots of "old"/experienced people. IINM their mix is geared more towards plain ole manufacturing as opposed to upstream activities (e.g. R&D).
Depends on what is "good". If money is the main criteria, there are far better places like Komag (fresh grad = no social life + 4-5K gross salary after OT) .
If you wanna see lenglui, Dell (one ex-miss M'sia used to work there) or Agilent (Jap gurls!) is better.
If you wanna actually learn something, Motorola or Intel may be better. It all depends on what is "good"
