i OCed my 3770k to 4.5ghz at 1.248v

and my max temp usually goes to 85c

currently using CM V6GT, should i upgrade to either CM Seidon 240M or Corsair H100i ? or i'm just fine right now ?

85C at 4.5GHz is pretty decent. Those AIO water cooling things do bring your temps down by a little but is not worth it in the long run as you'd have to change the whole thing when one component dies.

Long time ago I was v6gt user, put aside the price and noise, actually its a decent cooler. High rpm fan does the cooling job well.
