Hi guys,
I have read the whole thread in just a few hours and I read every of your post in detail because purchasing a house for own stay is not cheap. I'm eyeing two property currently and I need your help whether I should became your neighbour or not. biggrin.gif

Kiara East vs EcoSky
Price factor: 630psqft vs 700psqft both after discount.
Completion date: Q1 2016 vs Q3 2018
Type: Leasehold vs Freehold

My concern:
1)I need a house to stay ASAP as I do not wish to travel Klang everyday to KL. Kiara East wins
2)I like freehold for no reason biggrin.gif EcoSky wins
3)I like EcoSky for the facilities. EcoSky wins
4)I'm single now, but planning for marry, so wanted to give a good environment for my family. EcoSky wins
5)EcoSky is so near to the garbage area and incinerator. Kiara east wins
6)Kiara East psqft seem cheaper, and suitable for a bachelor but soon to have family people like me. Kiara East wins.
7)Kiara East maintenance 0.28/sq ft. Kiara East wins
8)I'm still young, so I think I should not shoot too much bullet to my own stay home and invest first. Kiara East wins
9)Kiara East only one car park, additional car park at rm25,000. EcoSky wins.
Argghhhhhh, I just can't make the decision yet, anyone can enlighten me? I have a plan to buy both but stay in Kiara East meantime and move to EcoSky after completion and rent out Kiara East afterward, but this would use too much of my bullet. biggrin.gif

30% deposit is really hurts for two properties. BTW, what's your opinion based on my finding?

if u can wait and only can choose 1
take ES biggrin.gif, price just alittle higher
but the whole concept n design is the best
