My bad taikor, final purchase price was ~RM620psf after discounts. I got 7% + 5% (bumi). I'm Chinese but qualified for it due to my unique parentage

I'm against incineration in that area too....We've just gotten additional 2 units at EcoSky to sum it to 3! But can't make it this weekend. How? Alternative?

Discounts were still offered and the fact that it is a promising development (i proclaim in advance). I was there to sign my SPA last Saturday arvo, right before Joey Yap's session, but we ended up with 2 more units instead (one in Block A - Type B facing south KLCC view and two in Block B - Type A and B). All 3 are 30th floor and above!

Also saw CEO, Datuk CKW making a pit stop in his shiny 'Black Jaguar 2255' to inspect works on the new showroom. I must say, 'really dig his ride'! One word to sum, 'NICE'!

I must say, it was our confidence with EcoWorld and utterless impression with EcoSky's showroom. However, not all our eggs are in a basket, have others too. In addition, plan to drive down Semenyih this weekend to check out developments there as well.

In the end, all gains would be channeled to my childrens' education. Playschool fees for my son turning 18 mths old is already RM17k/year.
