Not unlike life in metro manila, many leave home at 5am, sleep in the car until office hours. after work, lepak in shopping mall until 10pm.

How much time do you compromise not being with your family? How many divorces eventuate? How much time do you have for extra-marital affairs?

Convenience is key for your sanity.

If quality time is priority, one should either live near place of work, work near home or WFH.

Don’t forget this is near the train…an alternative to car 😀

can download the MyRailtime tracking the train time (live) to schedule the time is very convenience. People feel ktm are inconvenience due to uncertainty the train schedule. Once you use to it, then will be very convenience. But yeah if a project only access to 1 public transport will still have limitation, but better than nothing.

Overal working at kl city by using public transport is still a good move compare to driving, because driving need to jam so long & it exhaust a lot of attention and time, but at public transport just travel. haha

If walking distance to KL city centre, those properties are at least triple the price (in term of per square feet). Different level liao bro.

Recently did a video unit of this EcoSky Development. While the KTM station is within walking distance, unfortunately, service is rather crappy indeed. What a pity that there are no upcoming LRT/MRT stations that are within the vicinity.

If got boat service on the lake, can take it to cross to Sri Delima MRT station. LOL
Then cantik already.

Agree on KTM crappy service, sometimes need to wait 1-2 hours. Hope they privatize KTM soon and sack those "gaji buta" staff

Eco Sky managed by Chinese, KTM by Malay, balance liao Just wake up early like our Malay brothers. They need to perform their prayer session before going to work. So others living at Eco Sky shouldn't complain if need to wake up around 5am to avoid traffic jam or wait for train
