This project when I saw it and the location... Already knew it won't perform well in subsales and rental...

The main attraction played by developer... Freehold and KTM... Still many buyers get hooked...

Why wanna to give your hard earned money to the developer... Tan Sri Liew not even know you if you bought from his company...

Many investors keep bleeding every month more than 4 figures... If ownstay... Then safe...

Many developers got their hardcore followers like Exim, Ecoworld, UOA...dunno why?... Eventhough the project located at lousy location with sky-high price tag... They still buying and proud of that

Their Setia Alam not even finish yet then follow them buy Semenyih, compare to this condo, dis condo consider better oredi, bleed lesser at least still can rent out

Hi all,

Most grateful if you could share your experience in Eco Sky. Issues as follows:

1) Is the partition wall inside the unit/bathroom demolish-able? If not, can a hole be made/drilled through?
2) Did anyone change/modify the wall layout in the room/ unit? Any experience could share, pls?
3) Anyone has used the furnished package provided by the developer? or hire MOG for furnishing? What is the quality of their furniture and workmanship?

Is under the same owner name. But that's not the end.
Another unit incoming soon: A-29-10. Also under the same owner. Vacant unit (but not brand new condition, got people stay before). Awaiting bank to release the unit into the market now.

Ya...no dibs for Eco Sky. I am one of the few who made booking and then pulled out due to removal of dibs during the budget

Relative has a unit there. Decent place to stay. Facilities is good. Location is close to KL, though jam can be bad
