Top unit under CIMB bank.
Bottom unit under RHB bank.

If no taker, will drop further 10% each round (next month).

Sold at reserve price 594k just now.
Single bidder win unchallenged.
Not sure is a good catch or not.

660k valued by RHB bank = 1st auction price.
594k is only the 2nd re-auction (10% drop in price).

Another unit incoming soon: A-29-10. Also under the same owner. Vacant unit (but not brand new condition, got people stay before). Awaiting bank to release the unit into the market now.
