This morning my car felt very different in terms of the gear ratio (i think) <---- correct me if im wrong
The car's rev doesn't seems like acting as usual.
Sometimes, when I reverse / going up to a small hill, the car felt like want to off engine.
On Saturday, I was going downhill from Damansara Perdana and I noticed this at the first page just now:
QUOTE
[FLX]CVT variants experience more than usual engine braking when going downhill
This is normal, as the CVT variant is tuned differently than a normal A/T car. When detecting that the car is going down a decline, the CVT will downshift, causing the RPM to shoot up and the engine to whine quite loudly. However, it is advised to ease your throttle control (press or release slowly and gently) to prevent belt slip.

During downhill, i didn't throttle but only press brake slow and gently.
Can this be the root cause my car having a weird behavior?
