Try openoffice. Most importantly, it's free, it's lighter than ms office and it's open source.

GIMP 2.2 has that script to draw a graph, i think....

Don't really get what you mean by "draw graph papers". But, open office can certainly draw graphs.

Open office is from Sun. It is strip down version of Sun office.

Sun subsidies the development of Open Office. They then use it as a base to develop their commercial version "Star Office"

Hmm, yea thanks for the pix, but can it possibly print an A4 paper into a graph paper?
I saw my seniors did it using excel, but dunno how they do it...
