using ZL at latest update.. satisfy on it.. very smooth experience..

no problem from me starting with 4.1 till 4.2 and now 4.3.. every ok for me.. im install many social messaging apps and gaming..

SONy RRP 1299 only.. but only left some stocks in outseller.. sony store should be dont have anymore..

for me ZL is better.. bigger internal storage (important), 2MP front camera, should able to get better software support from SONY.. confirmed 4.4 update while ZR still under investigation.

But ZR got waterproof, battery removable (for me got good & bad), better performance and battery life due to 720P resolution..

For me 1080p or 720p screen resolution was no difference to me.. im ok with it.. but i choose ZL due to bigger internal storage which importance to me.. if u prefer waterproof u may go to Z with RM13xx as well..

overall, its depend on ur preference.. all are good

i bought XZ for rm1199 ha ha ha.

RM1300 a bit expensive unless free case and everything..

Open the camera app and go onto the settings and enable Quick Launch see if that do the trick

if cannot
then did you fresh install new roms? or like mafioso said, reformat

If so, I would recommend go into recovery, and wipe all to see if that did the trick

go to camera > menu (3 vertical dot) > setting (hammer/screwdriver) > quick launch

1. Auto of means you have to turn back on, all the sony logo, the wavy thing and re-enter sim unlock code

or

the unit just seems like didnt turn on after press the power button, and require you to press several time before the display turn on again?
usually for 1st case is to try repair the phone with PC companion software (wipe all data) to see if that solve the issue

as for the 2nd case, it seems to me, is normal, just have to be patient with the 1st press. Then  is not press another two time to turn the display on again. This issue is present in the first few revision of the updates, should be solve after the latest one. Mine still seems to have the lag after power button press sometimes
