Has anyone ever sent their xz to repair or replace the back cover after it pops up slightly possibly due to the phone's internal heat? I bought my xz on launch day. Recently notices the top of the back cover was slightly popped up. I pushed it back in and a month later noticed it popped up back a little. I believe this is claim able under warranty. Anyone here had a similar issue? Worried my phone not water resistant now.

Refund u? What do you mean? U got back your purchase money? How long did u use it for?

For repair the back panel what do they do? Put new glue or give new phone? How long will it take? I will need my phone tor work.
