hmm.. but if u can get a new set right now really is good deals.. can get latest android update to 4.3 and 4.4.. hardware not so outdated..

check through the BE2 and trackid?!.. and stock rom without root.. then go service menu check the bootloader status as well..

actually BE2 and X-reality effects will only notice when u surfing album and movie apps.. youtube got affected as well.. normal homescreen was no effect at all..

hmm.. night portrait was still awful due to limitation of light and small sensor in smartphone.. but in smartphone area, consider really not bad ady..

if compact with high end DC, my friends Olympus EPL 3rd edition, cannot fight in details at night.. Nikon D7000 also much better in prosessing.. haha but i just try to find out the real potential of photos.. i think almost maximum output from smartphone sensor.. maybe Z1 can perform better..

hopefully in future, smartphone can control shutter speed and iso together.. then we can perform better picture output

don't try take low light condition with hdr mode. hdr specially for correct the backlight. hdr very tricky. u need stable background. tripod. and can't move anything. Cox it's combine 2-3 picture in it with diff exposure to get the best outcome.

if normal backlight I suggest turn it on. if strong backlight, better go normal mode increase the exposure.

nono.. i mean smartphone cant fight with standard DC and DSLR during night shoot.. coz there is the limitation of smartphone lens sensor..

im using stock camera apps only.. im using ZL in fw.67.. tonight was still went to capture night scene only.. will post the outcome later..

tonight just try to capture night scene with 1 of my friend.. the person in photo is ME.. lol

direct upload by my xperia ZL to Flickr.. No edit.. Stock ROM, stock camera app with specific scene mode or normal mode..

simply fun and play night shooting with friends.. of course my friends using DSLR and im was fooling around with my little white ZL.. LOL.. but ok la.. the output was still acceptable for me.. haha at least me still can recognize myself..

those just partly.. coming me and my friends will keep continue go for photo shooting since we are going to graduate from university soon.. so take some nice photo as memories..

So far, sony phone still ok for me.. as long as use right mode, right setting to specific situation.. then photo output will be better

don't use tissue. use cleaning tools like remove dust from spectacles 1. clean it better before photo shooting.

seems good new for our thread..Z/ZL 4.3 rom official leak.. UI was updated to Z1 totally included camera UI.

not yet.. today morning just saw this news.. maybe later i back to room, then i will download and try it..

checked the screenshot from DoomLorD.. saw the UI changes. some people reported in xperiablog and xda forum, which the update improve the performance..

From screenshot, we can notice UI changes in some aspects.. significantly is camera UI. same as Z1 without timeshift. and we can add some add-on like motion shot and others reported by ppl by click the + button on top-right camera UI.

will be in room at 2pm later.. will try check it out.. although the ftf is for C6503, but i think its ok for our C6502..

just in future will rolling out officially then can reflash back to msia .67 fw and update to officially..

file size for C6503 FTF is 815MB..

just start downloading the FTF for my ZL.. will flash it later and report back here..

even i got high speed internet here, but still very stable in 1mbps downloading only.. but left 1 hour anymore.. backing up my data and file.. feel want to test the 4.3 version first before the officially version come..

after officially roll out, then i will flash back .67 fw and update through SUS again..

succeed flash in my ZL..

what i can say right now is brilliant.. camera superior auto fixed on 9MP only.

Burst mode with long press was fixed on 9MP as well in superior auto.. same in high speed or standard speed, 9MP.

Manual mode.. can set scene, 13mp and others as well.. cant burst mode in manual mode.. what's a good thing for me here is u can choose turn on LED as torch when capture photo. and self time set 10s,2s wont automatically turn off after 1 capture..

performance indeed can see the smoothness
