Got Biz Law tips from FB:- QUOTE 1.creation of agency by express and implied appointment (Perlantikan agency tersirat dan tersurat)

3.Duties of agent to the principal (Tanggungjawab agent kpd principal)
4. Terms of contract sales of goods- warranty n conditions
5. rights of the unpaid seller under sale of goods ( Hak penjual yg tidak berbayar)
6. Reposession of goods (pengambilan semula milikan di bawah sewa beli)
7. statutory rights for hirer (hak berkanun penyewa)
8. terms of contract under hire purchase (terma & waranti tersirat sewa beli)
9. Crossing cheque (pemalangan cek)
10. forgery of cheque (penipuan ke atas cek)
Untuk makluman, soalan final nanti akan dikepilkan sekali dengan salinan akta tertentu utk rujukan pelajar seperti semester lepas. Hope I'm not too late lol  |

Will have some uum student leadership camp this cuti haih.
I no complain if the camp is just for 3-4 days.... but instead they want to do it for almost 2 weeks. Mang.

Doesn't really looking forward to exam results...and also what room (or DPP) I will be staying next sem.
And my lecture schedule changed a bit...one class moved to 8 am Tuesday. FUUUU damn it.

Lecture schedule will only be changed if you lecturer wants it, but hardly happens. |

It is 5.30 pm and I still unable to access portal. Not that I'm too excited though.
EDIT: Able to access it finally. As expected, 1 paper sangkut. Overall it went better than expected, although pointer still pretty average.
