P/s: i dont provide installation - installation can be done at any accesories shop. estimate range around rm 15 to 30 or higher - depend on accessories shop. I installed at Sato Accesories for RM 30. FYI, the installation is super easy. The ballast will connect to original location of halogen bulb connecter and new HID bulb that connected with ballast then installed at same location halogen ballast . The ballast is come together with steel bracket and cable tie for cable management. steel bracket easy to bend to follow the limited space .

how many watts is the ballast?

Yes . We have normal sell 35 watt and 55 watt. For any request of 55 watt. Please add RM 40 from normal price stated above. The 55 Watt ballast using more bigger cpu than 35 watt .

does the higher wattage cause an overload on the electrical systems and mess up the ECU or fuses?

I not really sure for that reason. Mess with ECU is bigger problem . So far no complain on fuses burning and also ECU problem due to this HID. If This higher watt HID causes a problem. user also need also consider for upgrading Audio head unit and speaker which consumes more power than stock head unit. Some car like Conti car that read some signal for lamp, we also selling can-bus type HID.

for quality this fcl has the highest quality control. now i preparing to show internal circuit to compare local china /taiwan brand to this fcl.
furthermore, now waiting.for some equipment to calculate brightnest for.comparison purpose to prove that it worth to invest a bit more and buy this fcl hid.
Price for Pia or philips hid might to expensives for some people plus got a lit of imition on market. this fcl hid is option to have a very good quality hid.

FCL got factory in Japan also the China ( FCL mostly selling in Japan and others country mostly selling as SHIBATA brand) I also carrying the SHIBATA and price is a little cheaper than FCL . Which area this stock coming not really sure.
Ballast is DC.

Hye boxer. sorry for late reply. FYI, this ballast input is DC since current is from Battery and then output is AC to bulb.

May I ask, how fast is the startup until full brightness? Is it as fast as factory-fitted HID systems?

do u have H1 HID 35w bulb only?

Really hope the buyer that already buy can give some review on reflector type headlamp. But please be in mind that many headlamp especially old car has bad reflector design that will effect the light pattern.
Hye Boxer, yes we will do later . A few equipment will be arrived after CNY to measure brightness ..lumen etc. Expected for some review and comparison internal and light test result after CNY.

hye. i not sure about factory hid startup time since mine is non hid stock. in full brighnest . yes. very fast for myself. once startup . only a few second will go to full brighnest.
for stock fitted hid such as conti car. we do sell can bus hid.

yes . we do have but th warranty is not longer valid for 12 month since using different ballast. warranty will down to 6 month only. i will pm the price.

yes. pic is one of my forumer cust. kmheing. he using h4 for his swift. for h4 got low and high beam. and for normal hid 35 watt now out of stock. only left 55 watt which same slim ballast but bigger a bit than normal. this 55 watt is 30% brighter than normal 35watt. the stock left only 2 unit for fcl.

normal h4 fcl is rm 310. and for 55 watt type is rm 350.

hi. i never been stop by jpj.pass all roadblock smoothly. mostly jpj roadblock stop the moto and car with extreme modification such as wide tyre. wide body. but please be in mind that any modification on original headlight that from halogen type to HID type is not legal. even you are using same temperature or 4300k type. still can be stop for saman or reinspection by jpj.

Hid type brightness win all over the normal halogen type .that why hid is popular and giving better vision on road. if you want Hid. install it at 4300k type as still look yellowish white . most people pass and not been stop by jpj for this hid. not to blue or white hid. it will attract jpj.

For 35 w FCL hid d4 is RM 320 (most popular) . 25w is RM 280 and 55w is RM 430.

for D4 bulb only has 4300k and 6000k. you can choose which one.

Yes Sure will PM. Do take note . This D4 bulb not gurantee 100% compatible if you using your old ballast. it work nicely with FCL ballast but some ballast it will work weird and some is ok.

yes. my selling bulb can fit other ballast. should be no problem.

different is on brightnest. most 55w. 35w got 20 to 30% less bright than 35w. while 25w is lowest.

try to change the ballast and bulb from left to right. if still left side is more than right side then you have wiring problem on your headlamp.

Yes . No problem to fit in headlight. 25w ballast result still brighter than halogen.
The brightness of this HID ballast is:
25w 2800 lumen
35w 3500 lumen
55w 4500 lumen

halogen bulb brightness is below 2000 lumen.

I do take from internet for 3000k colour and almost same.
I give better visibility in bad whether condition.
