For an example i created a button 'Scene 1' and want to link to middle of the video. i created the button in Encore. is that i need to open the video in Premiere Pro and link it to Encore?

Hi, does anyone here know how to link the home screen button to part of the video in Adobe Encore.
For an example i created a button 'Scene 1' and want to link to middle of the video. i created the button in Encore. is that i need to open the video in Premiere Pro and link it to Encore? |
