Hi Gewek,

All hardex are fully syn which can use up to 10,000km. *Depending on your car engine condition.

The long life Eximus model, can go beyond that as per Merc, BMW, VW specs.

Thanks.

Yes. Eco Fully Syn is best due to value for money. Fully Syn has better protection and many will just go with same oil spec as provided by the car manufacturer. Don't go for thiner oil where it prone for oil leak.

You can reply/PM me the car model.

Moreover, since it is an 'old car', customer will check the oil level and condition at 5000 - 6000 km. You can decide to change at earlier interval.
The customer's feedback (who havs mileage more than 200k - Proton Wira), it feels smoother and better feedback. This customer has ordered extra for his diesel car and other cars in the family. I don't want to oversell, just to share his feedback.

Another customer on Kembara (200+k km), previously using Nxsx oil, tried the Hardex oil booster and now after 1500km, changed to Hardex oil as well 10w40.

Thanks.

just recieve the oil on saturday and replace it ASAP

My previos oil was Petro-Canada Supreme 5w-30. Change to Hardex eco 10w-30 the different is the engine become little calm.
Need to reserve comment until next week to see if there is any improvement in term of FC. Overall a good quality oil.

Just want to ask if you know the base oil for this Hardex Eco EO. From what i feel, i think it is group II+ or group III.

Thanks and regards

Hi mesazz,

Thanks for the initial feedback. Yes, you are right that it is calmer / quieter for the engine as I am using for my Alza and Kembara. FC wise I am still tracking as just changed on Alza 2 weeks ago. Will take a snapshot early next month on FC.

I am not sure the base oil but heard from them it is taking from Petronas. But the key is the fully syn oil additives which is imported and formulated in US.

It is a good quality oil and affordable price is the main thing.

I am requesting a plant visit and now pending approval.

Thanks.

Well, if the base oil come from Petronas it is a plus for this oil. Base oil from Petronas is one of the better base oil in the world.

Yup, the main attraction will be the price. If it can sustain this price, i surely become regular customer as the oil is very good for this price range

Hi tyw2350,

For sentra 1995, based on car's manual, it is recommended to use 5W30.

If you want a more economical use, you can opt for 10W30.

I have PMed you as well.

Thanks.

Hi eelnek,

I foresee 5W40 or 10W40.

Do you have the car's owner manual. Do have a check or what grade you are using now?

Of course no harm changing the oil as long as the spec it suitable.

Thanks.

**PMed as well.

Hi Senna, for diesel engine, the recommended oil is Gold 5-30 or 5-40 which has CF grade.

Thx.
