 how to block website?, need urgent hlp

hi guyz,

how can i block a person from entering website from my pc? i blocked website from internet option/privacy but i hav2set passoword which let some1know i blocked it... is there any way i can block em without typing passoword o anything at all

use host file : at C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc . Open it with notepad. type all the websites you wish to block.

i can c some filez in da folder.... i dont know which 1 2 open.... can u tel me in specific?

The file is "host"
