FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE #HOTLINK PLANCustomer Lifecycle
The amount of top-up will determine the number of active-days to make calls, SMS, and access to FREE basic internet.
After the Active Period ends, customers can only receive incoming calls and SMS'.
Top-up to resume full services. Failure to top-up before the end of the Deactive Period will result in line termination.
#Hotlink Plan gives you 50 days of Deactive Period.
Migration of existing Hotlink Plan to #Hotlink Plan
All existing Hotlink customers of any plan can migrate to #Hotlink plan, except for, Hotlink Kelantan, Hotlink Terengganu, Hotlink Sabah, & Hotlink Sarawak Plan.
Successful migration to #Hotlink Plan will incur a fee of RM5. Account lifecycle Active Period and Deactive Period will be reset to 30 days (Active Period) with 50 days (Deactive Period).
Upon successful migration to the #Hotlink Plan, migration to other Hotlink Plans are not allowed.
Hotlink 5, Hotlink 10, Validity 90, and Validity 365 are not applicable to #Hotlink Plan.
FREE Basic Internet
'Basic Internet' refers to internet at reduced speed limited to a maximum of 64kbps.
Basic Internet is FREE over the Active Period only, applicable to all customers on #Hotlink Plan.
All customers are subject to a monthly Fair Usage Policy of 3GB on FREE basic Internet. Upon exhaustion of the maximum quota, Basic Internet services will be disconnected.
Peer-to-Peer (P2P) sharing & Internet tethering is not allowed on Free Basic Internet.
Effective from 23rd January 2014, FREE Basic Internet of #Hotlink is not available for reactivation from de-active/grace status via credit transfers [Ask-A-Top Up, Share-A-Top Up, Post-A-Top Up, SOS-Top Up, Auto Top Up, Maxis Pay & M-Money. FREE Basic Internet remains available for reactivation via direct top up, such as top up ticket, E-Pin, Online Banking & Hot Tickets)
The terms and conditions for Mobile Internet (available on the Hotlink website at www.hotlink.com.my) shall apply and be binding upon you.
#Hotlink FREE 100MB New Joiner Promo
From 10 Feb 2014 onwards, all new activation of #Hotlink plan will be eligible to the FREE 100MB new joiner promo. (ie #Hotlink, #Hotlink Kelantan, #Hotlink Terengganu, #Hotlink Sabah, #Hotlink Sarawak, #Hotlink Super IDD)
The promo will grant a FREE 100MB Mobile Internet pass (valid 7 days) for every purchase of weekly/Monthly Mobile Internet Pass within 7 days from SIM activation.
Weekly/Monthly Mobile Internet passes applicable to the promo are:
RM10 300MB for 7 days
RM20 350MB for 30 days
RM30 1GB for 30 days
RM55 2GB for 30 days
RM68 3GB for 30 days
