Hotlink customer care is now free for first call of the month. Subsequent call is 30sen per call. Finally!

Hotlink plan is becoming too complicated for me. Normal reload vs hot ticket reload. have to key in so many things and keep track of free minutes (before expiry) and free data. So Susah. Not every vendor sell hot ticket

Actually 500mb is enough for Imessage and whatsapp. Just don't download the video or the pictures.
