HI, I have a lvl80 (wotlk) char in EU server when i was studying in UK, Since im back to Malaysia now,

Is it possible to transfer the char to US server?

If no, then do i need to buy again the cd key for US server? or i can use back to EU CD Key?

Unfortunately, at the moment you cannot transfer your character from EU server to the US servers.

Best way is to get new US/Taiwan account and use recruit-a-friend feature. You will need somebody to send you the invites out first.

so i need to buy again the battlechest and all the expansion to start playing us server?

the battlechest already contains expansion up to cataclysm , just MoP is still standalone which require to buy as expansion so it's like 19.99 usd(1month game time) + 39.99usd (MoP) + game time.

I'll just get you a RAF , so that you could level faster and it is easier for someone to level an alt as well.
