Just now my brakes failed at traffic light and i swerved into divider but terkena the side of the car in front of me.

Long story short, my Kancil tyre burst and side dented, his car just bumber scratch and one of his rim+tyre damage. He said he just changed to sport rims (his wife beside him and confirmed the story), and if he go to rim shop, "tak boleh tukar satu, kena tukar semua"..so he say his estimate is

1) RM80 for polish his bumper
2) RM100+ for new tyre
3) 600 for new rims (after trading in old ones)

I'm just a student and no money lol. problem is my license still 'P', if i make police report and claim insurance, my license straight batal right..edit: actually I found out that to prevent anything happening to my license, I just need to nego with the policeman to saman me for an offence that's less than 10 demerit points, in accordance to this list, in which case I will still pay 300 saman but won't end my license.

600 for 4 rims? Kinda cheap. Must be cap ayam brand. And 100+ got one Tyre? Wtf get buy the lowest tier tyres for his car? Sounds to me like he's a wannabe ah beng.

wah... mesti rim murah... suruh dia ketuk blik.... murah jer. xsampai 50....suruh dia berperikemanusiaan sikit.... kalau xleh kautim... ajak buat polis report then claim insurance... dua2 kena bayar 300....abis cerita

First time accident with P, I think they will extend the P license meaning getting full license extend around another year i think
