QUOTE(ilfort @ Dec 5 2013, 11:34 AM) QUOTE(Chaud @ Dec 5 2013, 11:42 AM) haha..did u notice the robber?QUOTE(Lego_Jason @ Dec 5 2013, 01:56 PM) I also prefer sw366 but it looks like quite exclusive since at present only two sets contain it: 9489 (discontinued) and 10236 (mega set). So prices are high... And you know what? I just realised that I have one Stormie enroute to me!!! ![]() So I will have one sw366... build an army based on sw366? QUOTE(mryellow19 @ Dec 5 2013, 01:58 PM) your estimation of numbers for your army? 50? 100 sw366? the book cost RM100++ at borders garden when i check.. |

QUOTE(Lego_Jason @ Dec 5 2013, 02:59 PM) Such is the sad state of our country... breakdown of morale and social values... this attitude i encounter during my search for batman book with batman electro suit..We have "advanced" with skyscrapers etc but we Malaysians have fallen behind in many areas such as education etc... The future is bleak for our children... That's why we AFOLs have resorted to create our little Lego cities that we can run without inteference from crooked and incompetent politicians... hahaha! found 5 books - 4 of them torn out missing the minifig |

Was in Amcorp mall on Sunday and pay a visit to Brick Santuary store..
Not many set in stock..must be already been sapu by taikuns..hehe but, the vintage display set was awesome!! did not know that some of the themes exist! example this LEGO System Paradisa theme in 1992 which was intended for girls (before Friends theme) the baseplates are very unique coz have pastel color & different colors.. QUOTE(altaf_hoho @ Dec 9 2013, 12:13 PM) haha..so true. All thing that have Lego logo must be sapu before regret later. Actually the poster is quite nice and rarely can be found in Malaysia. sadly i could not find any lego books..was browsing thru the children section, picture book, reference and others but none seen..Did you found any Lego book at BBW? this is my 2nd time going to BBW from last year but i could not find any lego books.. for last year, i ask around and they said lego books not that many stock.. QUOTE(Lego_Jason @ Dec 9 2013, 12:33 PM) I was in BV2 last night for a little stroll, confirm still plenty of seaport battle in stock at closing time. No need to rush, slow slow target what you "need" and gently pull the trigger can already... Bid Bad Wolf Book Sales Nice collection bro! Nothing interests me here, my immune system is working. I think Goblin King battle is great value! Just checked the link and now price has gone up to $89! What's BBW? |

QUOTE(faish888 @ Dec 9 2013, 05:39 PM) Just the tip of the iceberg... there's more in Facebook, eBay and Bricklink! 1 - doneEvolution of a LEGO noob to afol to taikun: 1) Get poisoned here 2) Start buying from retail 3) Get wiser and buy online 4) Begin to buy in bulk and resell to support hobby 5) Buy bigger car to haul more Lego 6) Buy bigger house to store Lego collection 7) Look for more expensive hobbies like Hot Toys etc. Sound familiar to you all? 2 - done 3 - done 4 - half done |
