It's called the undercut. Imo, it's d most flexible hairstyle. For working and stuff, you can just slick it back. For outing, you can add more volume or go with a little bit of spike. It's hard to maintain though. I go to the barber every 1 1/2 month to shave the side. High maintenance.

i would if my hair was not so straight. straight asian hair has to be cut accurately if not any flaws will be very obvious. even if the difference is a few mm, the difference can be obvious. i kena quite a few times b4. hairstylist hand not steady so right side longer den left. shape of the hairstyle went off.
