Last few days found out that Kuwo already block the IP from outside of China to download the song using their software, but still able to listen to live streaming music.

Is there any one have alternative solution or any way to by pass the checking?

I tested using Firefox with mainland Proxy server IP and download song from Baidu no problem.

Somehow I really wish all those China software such as PPS, QVOD etc blocked, these software are bandwidth eater.

Actually bandwidth is getting cheaper nowadays. So should not be a big problem for that.

Even Unifi also provided the IPTV, which also consume high traffic too

Just wondering why all those thing can get free in the mainland it self? don't their country allow sharing of such data????

My Kuwo still ok worr..able to download and stream smoothly.
But i didnt update to the latest version even though it keep pop up ask to update.

I mean bandwidth for your Unifi.

You know what PPS is famous for, once a user uses it, other users have no chance to load any website.

Maybe you should try update your version

I have solution. Tested & working. Can listen & download.. download the app called proxydroid thenuse free public china ip (there's lots of free china public ip.. Juz google 'free china ip'). Hope it helps..

Any others have tried proxydroid? I m not computer savvy, great if it really works, do u have to continuously change the proxy after that?

Do it EVERYTIME you open Kuwo Music.

1. Turn on AIRPLANE MODE before opening the app.(Make sure its not running in the background)
2. Open Kuwo Music.
3. Turn off Airplane Mode while in the app.

I have thought about VPN, it has such services for my and your problems. But, after reading all the specified information and details about VPN. VPN is something like anti virus and internet security, you have to pay and subscribe monthly or yearly to use this anti copy knowledge right.'
One thing is you all must keep in mind, China network are famous and running the world best blocking technology. VPN is the solution but China networks is semi closed. You may subscibe and try. Good Luck!
