anyway, i've received the photocopy of duly stamped S&P from the solicitor firm. Original has been sent to the bank as security documents. Everything done. wait for VP and key collection.
i realized that the PARC opening ceremony is open to public, and subject to available *registration entry before 8.30am? then how can we sure that buyer/owner have the chance to get access? not a good idea though. |
