SPS is waiting for EcoWorld to come out with the rebate package in lieu with DIBS. I hope SPS can give 7% rebate as what given by EcoWorld.

Plavia 2 corner... the previous owner actually upgrade to Merrum not because of loan issue. He is looking for a retirement home that close to his factory. How lucky he is. rclxms.gif

Developer is getting arrogant today. The pricing strategy is alright if they launch the phase gradually. But if they want to launch all in one go, they better adjust their strategy to avoid the imbalance feeling. But since they have long queuing list, why should they care about your concerns? Willing seller willing buyer.

Not sure it is corner or not. But he managed to upgrade because some one dropped the unit. He was aiming Merrum since the first day and his dream come true now. Good for him, a humble uncle.
