My first choice is actually Argentea (20' x 70'). RM488k onwards.
When it was my turn to pick the unit, only left a few units of Aquatilis (20' x 70')... all DSL have been snapped up. sigh...
RM528k for the unit, a premium of RM40k over Argentea with the just 20 sq ft more build up.

I believe that the fellow buyers of Aquatilis will have the sentiment of unfairness if there is no material different between Argentea and Aquatilis.

In fact the completion date might be the same with Argentea also, and we are queuing up with the rest of the buyers under the sun, having to stay late to get spot check etc... and all thanks to the Budget 2014 announcement, non-DIBS for Aquatilis. It's really not a happy turn of occasion.

Planned? Means, can be for investment also?     

I called them yesterday and seems like there is a possibility that rebate will be given. Although sms has been sent, things might change next week. According to them, we will know by next week (I assume at least 1-2 days before the SPA signing).

For pistia buyers, please dont set high expectation on the materials that will be use. According to them shld be same as those DSL that already signed SnP.
