PV, the SEH will bring more benefits to those frequently commute thro Semenyih town. They can cut thro the SEH and direct get into LEKAS' Semenyih toll. Save times (with paying money, and maybe back to sq once the SEH fully developed) and ease the traffic for Semenyih town.
