I've been following this thread from Day 1
I don't know if I'm right or not, but the "explanations" that I can deduce so far is
Phase 1A  Bungalow Lots Arroyo Garden
Phase 1B Pallida, Pilosa, Angusta, Argentea, Merrum, Lecus, Plavia & Errana (all entitled DIBS)
Phase 1C Pistia, Aquatilis,  Luzento, Monlis, Aravia, Stagnia & Tralas (NOT entitled DIBS)
The reason why Phase 1B entitled to DIBS was because all approval obtained prior to launching, while Phase 1C not entitled to DIBS (even though launching at the same time) was because approvals had not been obtained at the time of launching. Immediately then, AhGib Gor banned DIBS on Budget Day.
Actually nothing is to be blamed on SPSetia ! Government Policy mah !

They said they are going to erect a fence around the perimeter, something similar in the showhouse. Hmmmmm

Can someone tell me what is the different between "gate" and "fencing" ?
