QUOTE(darween13 @ Nov 28 2013, 02:33 PM) Mr Jack, Darween,First and foremost, Setia EcoHill is divided into 3 precints; of which, only Precint 1 is unequipped with Alarm system. All other P2 and P3 is equipped with Alarm system. Besides that, the wiring of the houses are underground and the have mentioned the number of wires that run through to light up the house. So, I have a few queries: Do you have access to the wiring blue print of the houses in SEH? Regarding the Home Alarm, is this alarm system also marketed under the Amway Umbrella? Can the system be linked to CCTV monitoring; should someone tamper the cameras, can the Alarm be triggered? However, all the LSD, SD and Bungalows are equipped with Alarm system. I am keen on CCTV, industrial grade that is. Should you have them, I will be glad to get in touch with you. Good luck on your sales though. To be fair to the poster of this info, should this be the renowned Home Alarm system that is marketed under the Amway Brand as well, this alarm is one of the very best I had came across. Its easy to install and use. Has dynamic features. Only drawback is the pricing. They cost close to RM5k when I last checked. Unsure about his package though. The alarm comes with a SOS function on the Control Panel which allows the victim if in danger to alert the preset numbers without triggering the alarm - though the function is good, will appreciate if the SOS can be triggered by other means - as you may not necessarily be able to trigger the SOS at the control panel. Again, good luck with your sales mate. When vp de, I can intro a security & surveillance expert to u. All features can be personalised to your preference. Also, they can design a smart home system as well |

QUOTE(darween13 @ Nov 28 2013, 02:37 PM) Seems like Steph has been silently following the thread. Now she found out its 13. Secret admirer spotted! Previously, I told signing SPA in Dec since its my birthday month. She knows my age, or I had probably disclosed my birth year earlier. So, she guessed it la. SEH thread is really like a rainbow, not only colourful with prop info but also tonnes of lovey dovey stuff as well |

QUOTE(darween13 @ Nov 28 2013, 06:03 PM) Bro Rebbur, Developer Just got back from catching up with some old friends in the retail side. I have just found out, to circumvent the regulation by BNM, some developers are now: A) Sell House at ie.: RM400K B) Deposits: 5% = RM20K C) Buyer Apply Loan D) Loan Approval Timeline E) Refund (B) A = Nett Selling Price. Buyer pays B and submits SPA with A (Price) and apply loan. Upon aproval within the designated timeline (D) - the B is refunded to customer / buyer. No terms have been assigned yet, but there are this that is happening. No source on which developer though. |
